Migrate to Google Workspace

What data can be migrated?
We can import existing emails from your current provider.
If your current provider allows export, we can also attempt to copy calendars, contacts.
Is there any downtime or disruption during the migration or provider switch?
No, there is no downtime or disruption during the migration or provider switch.
We’ve been doing this for years. With proper planning and our experience, your current email keeps working while Google Workspace is set up in parallel and emails are copied safely.
What needs to be prepared before migration?
Before we migrate your email and data to Google Workspace, we need a few basic things:
- Access to your current email system (like Outlook, Gmail, or your hosting provider)
- A list of users to be migrated, with their names and email addresses
- Confirmation of what data to move (emails, contacts, calendars)
- Your domain login (for DNS updates)
- A good time window to do the switch with minimal disruption
Canagon will guide you through each step. You don’t need to be technical – we’ll explain what’s needed and help you prepare everything.
How long does migration take?
Most migrations take less than one day, depending on the number of users and the amount of data. Large mailboxes may take a few days to fully transfer, but users can start using Google Workspace right away during the migration—there’s no downtime.
How much does migration cost?
