Before we migrate your email and data to Google Workspace, we need a few basic things:

  • Access to your current email system (like Outlook, Gmail, or your hosting provider)
  • A list of users to be migrated, with their names and email addresses
  • Confirmation of what data to move (emails, contacts, calendars)
  • Your domain login (for DNS updates)
  • A good time window to do the switch with minimal disruption

Most migrations take less than one day, depending on the number of users and the amount of data. Large mailboxes may take a few days to fully transfer, but users can start using Google Workspace right away during the migration—there’s no downtime.
